Marissa and Kevin’s sweet Richmond wedding was the perfect way to kick start my wedding day after wayyyyy too long of a break! I can’t tell you how amazing it is to finally be a part of real weddings again!! I am so excited for couples like Marissa and Kevin that finally get to have their dream weddings!

This sweet wedding was all the things you’d think of when you hear classic Richmond wedding. Classy southern details, beautiful church ceremony, portraits at an historic estate, classic historic ballroom reception and riding all around town on a trolley! And to top it all off, we were blessed with the most amazing mild weather for July in Virginia!

Marissa and Kevin are kindred laid back souls that make a perfect match for each other. It’s easy to see how they are not only romantic partners, but also best friends. Their relationship started out as a friendship and it’s clear to see how that friendship haas carried over into their marriage setting them up for a lifetime of happiness together!

I’m so glad I got to be a part of this classic wedding for such a sweet couple! Wishing them a relaxing and fun honeymoon in Hawaii!
