Another weekend, another wedding! And this weekend’s wedding was a beaut!! Beautiful weather, beautiful couple and all the beautiful details! Just a perfect day! This weekend’s wedding was actually the last of a back-to-back wedding stretch that started in mid-August! So this coming weekend will be my first weekend off since early August! Looking forward to a little break then back at it again the next weekend!

As always, thoughts and happenings from the week! 

• Even though it may not quite feel like it yet, it’s officially Fall y’all!! Woohoo!! There’s just something about this season that makes for a general sense of coziness and feeling like the world is just slowing down a bit. Looking forward to busting out all the sweaters and layers and opening all the windows in the house!
• Like I said, this weekend coming up will be my first weekend off since early August! Being a wedding photographer, my weekends aren’t like most people’s weekends as I am normally shooting weddings or engagement sessions. But this will be my first true weekend in a while- no work is scheduled at all! We’re going to have a bunch of friends over for dinner, then hit Howloscream the next day! Can’t wait!!
• A few weeks back, I asked for people’s opinions about Roomba’s on Facebook as I was contemplating buying one. I did end up getting one and have had it for a few weeks now, so I thought I’d give y’all an update! It is AMAZING! We have 2 shedding dogs, so our floor was always covered in dog hair. Not to mention at the clumps of hair in corners and behind doors. Since getting a Roomba, I have not vacuumed once and there is still no dog hair to be found anywhere! It’s a miracle! Definitely a wise purchase!
