HAPPY NEW YEAR, FRIENDS!! Isn’t there just something so refreshing about the start of a new year? That feeling of a clean slate and a chance to start new goals fresh! I hope you all rung in the new year with those you love getting 2018 to a great start! Since Branden has to work today, we enjoyed a fun evening at home with friends! And lots of corgis! 

Thoughts and happenings! 

• I’m obsessed with the new What Do You Meme game! I may feel like I need to take a shower afterwards, but it’s great from some all-out belly laughs! With the appropriate-aged players, of course! 
• I just realized I haven’t done a post since Christmas! The blog definitely tends to slow down this time of year! But I hope you all had a wonderful holiday! Branden had to work Christmas this year, but since our families only live 40 minutes from the hospital, he was able to spend his few off hours with us! 
• What is with the weather this week? Highs in the 20s and no snow?? That’s just cruel!
