Nothing makes you more excited to see the sun than a week of rain! Ugh! May showers will bring June flowers, I guess? My busiest stretch of the year continues as I now go into a stretch of 4 weddings in 8 days! Yikes!! Wish me luck!! 

Thoughts and happenings from the week!

• Is it just me or does the rain make you really lazy? During all the rain last week, I worked each day from the couch and even took naps in the afternoon, which I never do! 
• Yesterday, I got to shower my good friend and bride-t0-be, Haley! It’s so fun to be on the other side of wedding festivities! It also helps put into perspective all the excitement and love that goes into these couple’s wedding days! After going to so many weddings as a vendor, it can be easy to lose site of that! 
• Yesterday’s shower also brought back some memories as it was held in a neighborhood clubhouse in the neighborhood right next to my parents neighborhood. This is where a LOT of high school parties took place! And it’s also where Branden and I shared our first kiss when we were 14 and 15! Ah, the memories!
