From the couple to the outfits to the iconic downtown Richmond locations, Evanne and Randy’s engagement session was simply classic and timeless. Randy was gracious enough to give up watching a basketball game last Friday night so we could explore Richmond together for their engagement session! It was a perfect winter afternoon spent perusing the city they live in!

These Floridians were in for quite a shock for their 30 degree engagement session this weekend! They were only in town for the weekend from Orlando, so we braved the elements and did their sweet Colonial Williamsburg engagement session in the cold! We even got some flurries at one point! But these guys were so great and braved the cold like champs!

Another amazing year has already come and gone! In addition to looking forward to the new year, I’m also reflecting over this past year. Going through all my favorite images of 2017 was such a treat as I reminisce on all the amazing opportunities and experiences I had. All the places I got to explore, settings I got to photograph and most of all, the people I got to meet!

Wedding season may be drawing to a close, but engagement season is still in full swing! We’ve been really lucky here in southern VA to have fall leaves that have lasted much longer than normal! Which bodes very well for my couples that have done late Fall engagement sessions like Callie and Andrew! 

There are so many charming and beautiful places in Richmond and Karen and Matthew happen to live at one of them- Monument Avenue! Karen and Matthew just recently moved to Richmond and bought a gorgeous home just two blocks from the iconic Monument Avenue in Richmond. And to top things off, the beautiful row of trees down the middle of the street were are the peak of their gorgeous fall foliage!
