Now that Emma is officially Mrs. Roberts, I can share her bridal portraits from a few weeks ago! We met up on a gorgeous afternoon at one of my favorite places to shoot, Norfolk Botanical Gardens. Emma looked STUNNING!! And I’m not just saying that!! This girl was meant to be a bride! It suits her so well! And I couldn’t get enough of her stunning classic gown with a perfectly large bow on the back- her favorite part! Enjoy a few (well, maybe more than few) of my favorites from her session! This has been such a sweet season of life. Not only for what we are going through, but also what we get to watch our close friends go through. So many of our friends are getting pregnant and having their first babies, just like our sweet friends, Kelsey and Matt! Kelsey was a friend of mine from high school, but we got reacquainted when I photographed her wedding a few years ago! Since then, we’ve grown so close and shared many memories together! And now we are both entering into a new stage of life together- parenthood!

Y’all is this real life?! Am I really announcing that there is a human life inside me?! It definitely hasn’t sunk in yet that this is real! But the doctor says it is- we’re pregnant!!!

I’ve received so many messages and comments over the last few days about how Callie is the most stunning bride they’ve ever seen. And I have to agree! But I only wish they could see how beautiful she is on the inside too!! She’s got a hear of gold and you can’t help but just smile when you’re around her! Andrew is a lucky fella to have snagged this lovely lady for life! 

Getting back into my normal rhythm this weekend with just ONE wedding! It’s funny how shooting a single wedding in a weekend feels like a break after the few weeks I’ve had!!
