Alicia contacted me a while back about getting some family photos done with her sisters, parents, niece and nephew. We got the whole gang together on a chilly December morning at Fort Monroe. The two little ones were cold- but they were champs! They just kept saying “cheeeeeeeeeese!” So cute! After the session was over, they asked if I could have a few done by the end of the day to show to their grandmother, because they weren’t sure if she’d make it until Christmas to see them. I was able to get a handful of the pictures to them a few hours after the session. Alicia immediately showed her grandmother the pictures on her cell phone and said that she was so overjoyed to see them that it brought her to tears! I am so honored to have been able to provide that experience for her family. It just reminds why I love to use photography to bring joy to others! :)
