I would describe Marianne and Michael’s wedding as your typical wedding but times TEN! Five different locations, a 24-person wedding party and a crowd that did not leave the dance floor for 3 hours! These high school sweethearts tied the knot in the most stunning church in downtown Richmond and danced the night away at The Science Museum! Their wedding day was non-stop and fun!
Did I also mention that there were a ton of fellow JMU grads at this wedding?? Including the groom! Michael’s father is also a JMU grad and when Michael was getting ready to go to JMU, he warned him about the plethora of pretty girls at JMU! I can certainly attest to that! But when Michael came home from school and his dad asked him about all the pretty girls, Michael said “Yeah, but they’re not Marianne.” Oh, my heart! And now, several years later, he still looks at her with the same affection. Just wait until you see his reaction to her coming down the aisle!
Marianne and Michael are a couple that likes to have fun with their loved ones and on their wedding day, they did just that! Their wedding party was a rowdy bunch treating the whole day like one big party! There were even some random dance breakouts throughout the dance! It took a lot of energy to keep up with this crowd! But I had such a great time doing it and am so honored to have captured their big day!
