Molly and Walker are a special couple to us as Molly is the sister of Branden’s college roommate!! We had never met Molly, but when she got engaged, her brother recommended me as a wedding photographer and the rest was history! It was so great to finally meet Molly and Walker at their engagement session this past weekend!

Molly and Walker first met in college. Walker was the roommate of Molly’s friend’s boyfriend. After frequent visits to their apartment, they got to know each other and hit it off! Molly’s friend and her boyfriend are now going to be in their wedding party! How sweet! Walker proposed to Molly at Niagara Falls while they were in town for a wedding. Molly had actually the bouquet at the wedding the night before the proposal, so I guess you could say it was meant to be! 

We met up for their engagement session on an absolutely beautiful fall day at Maymont in Richmond. I can’t believe this was my first time shooting at Maymont! It is absolutely gorgeous! Stunning scenery at every turn! Molly and Walker are so sweet and were such a joy to photograph this weekend! I can’t wait for their wedding in Fredericksburg next Spring!
