When I asked Brandon and Taylor what their hopes and dreams for their future life together were, their first response was MORE DOGS! That’s my kind of people! Branden and Taylor have a shared love for dogs, strong coffee and adventure! I had such a great time spending a gorgeous afternoon in Richmond with these two for their engagement session! And their pup, Charlie! 

Brandon and Taylor have known each other since elementary school, but didn’t start dating until the summer before their senior year of high school. Their mutual sense of adventure has taken them to Atlanta where they now live. Their dream was always to move to a big city after college graduation and they are living that dream with the first of what I’m sure will be many dogs, Charlie! Next year they will be married in an intimate wedding in their hometown, Richmond.

Even though this was my first time meeting Brandon and Taylor, it felt like I had known them for years when I met up with them this weekend! And imagine my surprise when Brandon said that the engagement session was one of the things he was most looking forward to in the wedding planning process! Now that’s my kind of groom! Needless to say, I had a great time with them and their pup during their engagement session. Can’t wait to do it again at their wedding next year!
