The word that comes to mind when I think of Kristianne and JV’s wedding is extra. Every detail was planned to a T. And there was no shortage of details throughout every part of the wedding! From the invitation suite that the bride and groom designed together to the endless amount of cute desserts at the reception. Literally every dessert you could think of. Kristianne said that she and JV are planners, so they really enjoyed planning out all the details of their wedding together! Well, all their efforts definitely showed! 

Kristianne and JV met while both attending Penn Dental School. They first got to know each other as friends. Kristianne said she used to think to herself that he was so awesome and that the girl that gets to marry him would be really lucky. She still can’t believe that she gets to be that girl! While JV says that he was immediately taken be how Kristianne’s smile and energy lit up a room! I don’t think it took long after their first date for them to each realize that they were the one. 

With Kristianne and JV, I never felt like just a vendor. Even though they were total strangers to me when they first inquired and we’ve only spent time together in person 3 times, every time we felt like old friends! They would ask about the pups and Branden and we would chat like old friends! It’s couples like JV and Kristianne that give me such passion for this very special job of mine! I loved getting to be a part of their big day! 

My brides have really been nailing their details lately! The groom actually designed this invite suite himself! And Kristianne did the calligraphy. The loose peonies, custom wax seal and Chanel perfume were the cherries on top! Also, this gorgeous paper that they bought just for these photos! 









JV drew this watercolor map himself! So crafty!






Kristianne wore JV’s mom’s wedding veil! So sweet!












One of the sweetest details about their ceremony- they had several Disney songs played and sung throughout the ceremony! I melted when one the groomsmen sang “Can you feel the love tonight?” like an angel!

It’s so clear how much this couple is loved by their HUGE wedding party! 










I found it kind of ironic that a pair of dentists would have SO MANY sweets at their wedding! I dare you to try to name a dessert that they did not serve! 







I wouldn’t normally share so many photos from the first dance, but I just have to show you guys how intricate their choreographed first dance was! Lifts and everything! Kristianne’s years of figure skating training came in handy!
