Rhodes, Greece
Next stop on our European recap is Rhodes, Greece! This was a stop that we were really excited for because of what it is known for- gorgeous beaches!! This gorgeous Greek island is full of beautiful cove beaches with crystal clear turquoise water and cascading cliffs. Since this cruise wasn’t your typical tropical beach cruise, this was going to be our one ‘beachy’ stop where our only plan was to find a beach and soak in the sun!
We got off the boat with our friends Brittany and Jeff and had planned to just grab a taxi at the port to get to the nearest beach. But right across the port we saw a place where you could rent a car for the day, so we thought we’d go ahead and check it out. Turns out, it was cheaper to rent a car for the whole day than a ONE-WAY trip in a taxi! What?? Sign us up! We rented the cutest convertible jeep to drive around the island for the day! And we even had time to go to more than one beach! We had the best time cruising down the coastline with the top down! This stop was definitely one of my places of the whole trip. What a fun day!

Can’t get enough of that crystal clear blue water! 
The one thing Branden was most excited about for this trip was getting to swim in the Mediterranean. I think it’s his life goal to swim in every major body of water. The moment I gave him the ok to change into his suit and get in the water, he was like a bat out of hell!
After a few hours of laying on the beach, we explored the cute little town in Lindos. Loved the picturesque white buildings and small winding walkways.
Then we hopped back in the jeep and headed to another beach, Anthony Quinn! This one had much more of a natural feel with it’s white pebble beach and small coves. It was seriously just like a postcard- so beautiful!
